I have this thing where I never, ever manage to blog about Melbourne. I have no idea why, I think it’s because it usually marks the end of a long trip and then I don’t ever find the time to write about it. So my last ditch effort is to make this single post about the most amazing place for coffee – Aunty Peg’s. It’s Proud Mary’s cellar door, a black coffee haven, and I was lucky enough to go during their Gesha showcase with different varietals!

I could say all sorts of lovely things about their coffees, but pictures are worth a thousand words 🙂

Neighbourhood BSM – 2016

With a few hours left of 2016, I figure I’d tidy this blog up a bit and squeeze a couple more posts in from my adventures earlier this year. One of my favourite new cafes (yes I’m heavily biased) is Neighbourhood by Sean McManus. He was absolutely awesome when I used to frequent Single O, and now he is even more awesome with his little hole in the wall!

Not only does he have his own oat milk, his espressos are quite different! I love them because I find they’re the perfect flavour – a filter profile with the punch of espresso. His hot chocolates look pretty awesome too!

So here’s a photo dump of coffees, a shiny machine, and a resident plant!
